After years of saying and hearing his friends and
family say ‘You ought to write a book,’
Noah finally decided to do what most people only talk about – he wrote this
book. The book is based on his travels and relationship with a close friend
of his as they meet in Montgomery, Alabama for a post-Christmas Christmas
party and then depart the next day for a seven day cruise from Galveston,
Texas to Mexico and other ports in the western Caribbean. The book details
the things they did along the way and the developments in their own
relationship over the course of their ‘contract’.
While the cruise only took seven days, the novel took
about a year to write and edit. A lot of hours were spent typing away on his
laptop whenever time allowed as this was not a fully dedicated process. Other
things like work and family and friends, holidays and parties had to be
handled in addition to writing this novel.
Noah hopes to share his work with the rest of the world
and hopes the world appreciates it. Regardless though of whether or not the
book is a success, Noah already has plans for another novel based on his
life after moving to Perdido Key. Amazingly, real life around Noah offers
such great material that he can hardly keep from putting it in print for the
rest of the world to enjoy. This new novel will be out shortly. Watch for it
